Patricia Ezechie Coaching and Consultancy's approach to Outplacement Support is different from other organisations as we work with the client as a whole.
We do not focus on just the traditional academic/transactional area of outplacement services and outplacement support, namely viewing the career journey (past and present) through the one-dimensional lens of just work, job search and assessments, cv writing and interview preparation.  We view the outplacement journey as being as much a personal one to the individual involved as it is professional, so we also provide the required resilience and wellbeing support to each person we work with, to ensure their transition from the old organisation and into a new role is as positive for both parties as possible. 
This includes ensuring the health, wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem of the individuals affected by the changes - whether as a result of downsizing, restructuring or redundancy - is attended to and a key part of the coaching and consultancy support we provide.

We do this through a range of fixed and flexible services to support leavers as they require, depending on their individual needs and circumstances.
My aim is to be as flexible as I can to support the individual’s specific requirements through a breadth of services, that caters to both their wellbeing and career transition needs during the organisational change and transformational process. This flexibility and breadth of service means that individuals with diverse needs and requirements can explore everything from looking for their next role to exploring other options outside of a standard job search and placement.
My objective in working with both the organisation and the individual is to ensure that the experiences of all parties involved in the organisational changes is as positive and supported as possible.

We were embarking upon a redundancy programme and wanted to find an outplacement professional who would be able to lend a tailored, holistic approach to the 1:1 sessions with every individual at risk of redundancy. Patricia understood the brief immediately and put forward a well matched proposal.
