At Patricia Ezechie Coaching and Consultancy we work to equip individuals and organisations with everything they need to ensure everyone within that organisation can reach their full potential, succeed and thrive.

I support organisations and more importantly the people within them to thrive and succeed through the career development, career planning, leadership, resilience and wellbeing programmes we design,  develop and deliver to meet your organisation's unique and specific needs and requirements.

I do this through the Executive Coaching, Career Coaching, Career Management and Career Development Programs I offer, and the Masterclasses, Workshops, and Events I facilitate, tailored to women at varying stages of their career, life and leadership journey.

 

My focus is helping women who face barriers to career progression and leadership, women who want clarity and confidence about their career next steps, women seeking better work-life balance, and women considering changing their career paths.

 

As a passionate advocate of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, I partner with organizations to implement my proven career development and leadership programs which empower, support, and re-engage women to reach their full potential.

 

My organization also creates custom programs for companies seeking to establish targeted initiatives for career and leadership progression for improved diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, and the development of more diverse leadership pipelines.

 

I offer Executive Coaching and Career Coaching sessions on a one-to-one basis, and Team and Group Coaching and Mentoring through my Career Coaching, Career Development, Career Planning, and Leadership Programs.

 

Additionally, I offer various workshops and programs that can be customized to meet the specific needs and requirements of groups, teams and organizations.
