We often believe we have one career problem to solve: a job, confidence, motivation or clarity. But what we are experiencing is usually shaped by several parts of our work and lives interacting with one another.

Sometimes we treat every possibility as though it's already a decision. But what if exploring wasn't the same as committing? This week I explore why small experiments help us gather evidence, reconnect with ourselves and discover what really fits.

Some things in life simply can't be rushed. From gardens to careers, growth happens when we create the conditions for it rather than trying to force it. A reflection on curiosity, possibility and the value of giving ourselves space to think.
