Such a short, simple question to ask yourself about your career, but not at all easy to answer! The thought of staying in the career you have right now can feel safe, comfortable and predictable, while at the same time exhausting, stuck and stifling. On the other hand, the thought of leaving the career you have right now can feel scary, confusing and unknown, but also exciting, a relief, and full of possibilities.
So what do you do? Do you stay or do you go?
