Take a long restful break this Christmas - you've earned it. It’s the only way to truly round off the year and prepare well for the one ahead. Spend time with your friends, family and the people you love. Sleep in, take long walks, watch sentimental movies and catch up on your reading. Have a little bit of what you love. Remember too much of any thing will only make starting the new year more challenging! Nurture yourself in ways that are good for you, make you feel great and help you realise you are the wonderful, special and unique creature you are. Extend the love and kindness of the season to those less fortunate than you - your care and kindness could make all the difference.
Do these little things. For yourself, For the people around you, For the lives you touch, and For those you come into contact with this Christmas. The universe will thank you and You will feel and embody the real Spirit of Christmas.
Thank you all for your support and patronage this year. Together we have walked some illuminating and life affirming roads and learned and uncovered so much about ourselves, and how truly amazing we all are. I wish you and your loved ones a wonderful Merry Christmas and a phenomenal start to the New Year.
