How to Stay Grounded in Uncertain Times: A Free Resource to Help You Recentre

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, unsteady, or unsure of your next steps — you’re not imagining it.

We are living through a time of deep uncertainty.

War, global conflict, economic instability, political upheaval — it’s affecting all of us. And for many women navigating career and life transitions, it can feel especially destabilising.

I’ve heard it from my clients and community again and again lately:

“I feel wobbly.”

“I don’t know how to move forward.”

“I just need something to hold onto.”

So I’m reopening a space I created during another uncertain season — the early days of the pandemic — where we came together to reflect, steady ourselves, and breathe.

This private online community was called Creating the Career and Life, and it became a lifeline for many of us. And now, it feels like the right time to gently bring it back as we all need to stay grounded in these uncertain times!

As a first step, I’m sharing a free video resource I recorded that feels just as relevant today:

🎥 How to Navigate Uncertainty in Uncertain Times

It’s a short, supportive session that offers emotional tools, perspective, and nervous system-friendly practices to help you stay grounded when everything around you feels chaotic.

And — if you were part of the original community — you may remember the Saturday morning drop-ins I hosted.

These were weekly, no-pressure sessions where we’d gather, share, ask questions, and reconnect to what mattered most.

I’m considering bringing them back — and I’d love to hear if that would feel helpful to you right now.

This isn’t about adding more to your to-do list.

It's about offering a space where you can:

  • Regulate your nervous system

  • Find language for what you’re feeling

  • Connect with others who get it

  • Recentre, so you can respond (not react) to the world around you

Whether you’re navigating career uncertainty, burnout, or simply trying to stay afloat — you don’t have to do it alone.

You’re invited. You’re welcome. And you’re not the only one feeling this way.

With care,
