Mental health awareness week CHALLENGE DAY 2
Taking regular breaks helps boost our creativity and productivity and when combined with a little movement - a brief walk outside in the fresh air - can fundamentally improve our mental health and wellbeing.
We are so lucky in London to have so many green spaces within easy reach (over 47% of london is green spaces!) so if your in London there is no excuse! But wherever you are, whatever the weather, the mental health awareness week challenge today is this:
- Take at least one break away from your desk, office or work and take a walk outside for just 10 minutes.
The benefits to you from such a small action may surprise you.
