We need it.
We need enough of it to do everything.
Life feels infinitely harder when we don’t have enough of it.
It’s probably the best thing you can do to improve your overall wellbeing, not just your mental health.
Prioritise sleep.
7+ hours a night.
If you can manage that everything else will begin to feel a little better…. manageable,
achievable.
Sleep first.
Then focus on everything else.
Have a great mental health day.
