The Space Between What Was and What’s Next

The space between what was and what's next. Ending, the in-between and beginning.

For the past few months, I’ve been writing about the in-between.

That quiet space after an ending but before a beginning.

The stillness where clarity starts to form — just slowly enough to make you question it.

I’ve shared about identity shifts, the ache of letting go, and the safety of staying stuck.

And what I’ve realised is…

I wasn’t just speaking to my audience.

I was speaking to myself.

Because I’ve been standing in my own in-between too.

For nearly a decade, Creating the Career You Want™  has been a core part of my work. It’s supported women to navigate burnout, rebuild confidence, and redesign their lives and careers on their terms.

It’s been powerful, personal, and deeply transformational — for them and for me.

But quietly, I’ve felt the sense that something else is calling.

Not because that work is finished, but because I’m changing.

And the work needs to evolve with me.

So today, I want to name something that’s been growing for a while:

This will be the final time I offer Creating the Career You Want™  as a live coaching programme.

It deserves to be honoured — not just phased out.

And offering it one last time is my way of doing that with intention.

And… it’s not the end.

What comes next isn’t just a new offer.

It’s a new way of working.

A new way of being.

Owning Being You™ is what’s emerging.

It’s not just about careers any more, and in truth it never really was.

It's about who we are when we stop performing.

When we stop pleasing.

When we let go of who we were told to be — and finally choose to become who we truly are.

This isn’t a pivot.

It's a deepening.

An unfolding.

A continuation.

In fact, Creating the Career You Want™  isn’t really ending at at all.

It’s becoming a book.

A guide.

A resource that can live on — even as the next chapter begins.
