Mental health awareness week CHALLENGE DAY 3
We all experience stress from time to time, in fact we need an element of stress to survive. But when stress becomes prolonged, constant and chronic, it begins to take a toll on our mental, physical and emotional health and wellbeing, and can devastate our bodies, minds and emotions.
In a world where we are increasingly required to, or are able to be on and available all the time, it can seem impossible to get ahead of it all - manage our stress and hold onto our health and wellbeing.
But it isn’t.
Sometimes by just changing how we think about something - about a situation or circumstance - at work, or at home or in our day to day life – we can fundamentally change how we feel, and make a situation that could have resulted in stress one that feels more manageable.
So today's mental health awareness week challenge is this:
- You get to decide how you choose to think about any situation you encounter today. Choose your thoughts wisely and stress less. THINK LESS STRESS
